Gypsum Ceilings · Dubai
Gypsum false ceilings and feature detailing for villas, apartments and offices across Dubai — flush-joint finishes, cove lighting and designs that sit dead straight.
Scope of work
A gypsum ceiling is only as good as its framing and finishing. We build the structure true, tape the joints flush and set the lighting exactly where the design calls for it.
On site
How it runs
Ceiling heights, levels and services are measured on site — the drawing is confirmed against reality before framing starts.
Galvanised framing is set level and to line, then boarded with the right board for each room.
Joints are taped and coated in stages, then sanded flush — the difference between a ceiling and a good ceiling.
The ceiling is painted with the rest of the works, and every lighting position is tested before handover.
“The cove lighting in the majlis is exactly what we asked for.”— Villa client, Dubai
